Celebrate this Labor Day weekend with, Fiesta Hermosa. The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau continues the Labor Day weekend tradition carnival, with kiddie rides, entertainment and an array of ethnic food. at Hermosa and Pier avenues. The Fiesta is largest arts & crafts fair in Southern California and boasts more than 300 vendors selling arts and crafts, including painters, photographers, ceramicists, jewelers, sculptors, and handicrafters.

Fairgoers rave about our Food Court, which offers 18 different kinds of ethnic food choices. like Greek and Thai, with delicious items from roasted corn to tri-tip sandwiches, crepes, barbecued sausages and the Hermosa Beach Lifeguards’ famed fish tacos. If you are looking to get your sweet fix there will also be a chance to grab some funnel cake, cotton candy and caramel apples.

There will be two stages hosting musical performances ranging from zydeco to rock. Tribute bands will also be playing classics from Led Zepplin, Fleetwood Mac and Jimi Hendrix. The popular Charity Beer & Wine Garden features many different brews of beers, a selection of wines, margaritas, and icy coolers served by town “celebrities”, including the mayor, city councilmen, and non-profit organizations such as the Rotary, Kiwanis, HB Education Foundation, and other civic organizations. All proceeds are returned to the participating organizations for their good works in the community.

The Kiddie Carnival features a 30 foot slide, mechanical rides, rock climbing wall and bungee jump, and games for kids from 3 to 10 years old. Pony rides, a Petting Zoo, and facepainters are sure to delight the little ones.

The Fiesta kicks off at 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Aug. 30-31 and Sept. 1 Free bus shuttle service available from 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. each day from the Northrop Grumman Building O4 parking lot at 15092 Aviation Blvd., Aviation Boulevard and Marine Avenue, Redondo
