Redondo Beach Revitalization Project Workshop

A final workshop is planned Thursday night on the planned revitalization of the Redondo Beach waterfront. The Waterfront is primed for a once-in-a-generation revitalization opportunity, expecting as much as $200 million in public and private investment. Many Waterfront business owners have committed to significant renovations over the next three years.  The City is also investing in public facilities in the area. The forum is set from 6-8 p.m. at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center at Aviation and Manhattan Beach boulevards. Project developer CenterCal will show its latest vision for the waterfront and take public comments. The mission of the project is to create one of California’s most dynamic and historic waterfront experiences and that’s going to bring the greater Redondo community back.
